The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations on their Facebook page from Thursday, June 21 to Monday, July 16:

  • Skylar Wardsworth, 19, of 58 Santo Ct., New Britain, was charged on July 16 with traveling too fast and possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Margaret Carmichael-Garry, 57, of 70 Whiting St., Plainville, was charged on July 16 with evading responsibility.
  • Stephen Weltsek, 41, of 128 Main St., Plymouth, was charged on July 18 with misuse of marker plates, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, operating an unregistered a motor vehicle, and failure to insure a motor vehicle. In a separate incident, Weltsek was charged with second degree failure to appear.
  • Misty Reyes, 44, of 172 Falls Terrace, Oakville, was charged on July 19 with disorderly conduct.
  • Cynthia M. Cruz, 22, of 96 Carpenter St., Hartford, was charged on July 19 with misuse of a marker plate, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Cade Ziegler, 25, of 225 East Rd., Bristol, was charged on July 19 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Joseph Arisco, 51, of 1585 Cheshire St., Cheshire, was charged on July 19 with possession of a controlled substance.
  • Erica Shirley, 25, of 122 Landers Ave., New Britain, was charged on July 20 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Chadwick Hale, 23, of 325 Chestnut St., New Britain, was charged on July 20 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Michael Serra, 28, of 20 Strawberry Ln., Southington, was charged on July 21 with second degree failure to appear.
  • Edward Garcia, 30, of 395 Clinton St., New Britain, was charged on July 21 with sixth degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth degree larceny.
  • James Young, 36, of 41 Morning Mist Rd., Naugatuck, was charged on July 21 with third degree burglary, sixth degree larceny, third degree identity theft, credit card theft, credit card fraud, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of narcotics.

  • Michael J. Lasek, 39, of 64 Old Turnpike Rd., Southington, was charged on July 22 with three counts of violating a protective order.
  • William Smith, 21, of 160 Roseanna Rd., Plantsville, was charged on July 23 with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance.
  • John McGill, 40, of 86 Columbia St., New Britain, was charged on July 23 with risk of injury, third degree criminal mischief, second degree breach of peace, and disorderly conduct.
  • Amanda Eidukaityte, 19, of 50 Dale Ave., Wolcott, was charged on July 25 with failure to respond to an infraction.
  • Mark Campochiaro, 51, of 315 Copper Ridge, Southington, was charged on July 25 with driving under the influence of liquor or drug (second offense), reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane.
  • Shamel Scaife, 25, of 16 Hawkins St., Waterbury, was charged on July 25 with disorderly conduct, second degree harassment, and second degree threatening.
