The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests from Tuesday, July 14 to Monday, July 20:

  • Samuel J. Mabery, 27, of 24 High St., Southington, was arrested on July 14 for driving under the influence, traveling too fast for conditions, and failure to drive in the proper lane.
  • Molly M. Miller, 20, of 583 May Ave., Sebing, Fla., was arrested on July 17 for possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jasmin Custovik, 18, of 1067 Mill St., East Berlin, was arrested on July 17 for possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Anthony K. Dublo, 46, of 865 Chestnut Dr., Harrisburg, Va., was arrested on July 18 for driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, and failure to drive right.
  • William B. Welton, 63, of 125 Woodberry Hill Dr., Southington, was arrested on July 18 for driving under the influence, failure to obey a traffic signal, failure to signal properly, and failure to drive in the proper lane.
  • Joseph A. Luciano, 25, of 705 Berlin St., Southington, was arrested on July 18 for third degree criminal trespassing.
  • Jonathan Fox, 39, of 105 Windsorville Rd., South Windsor, was arrested on July 18 for third degree criminal trespassing.
  • Rebecca A. Cello, 38, of 219 Mulberry St., Plantsville, was arrested on July 18 for driving under the influence, evading responsibility, failure to drive right, and reckless driving.
  • Michael R. Pagano, 18, of 76 Southshire Rd., Southington, was arrested on July 18 for third degree assault, second degree strangulation, disorderly conduct, interfering with 911, and first degree unlawful restraint.
  • Kyle Sisco, 19, of 50 Baldwin Circle, Southington, was arrested on July 20 for first degree criminal mischief, second degree breach of peace, and sixth degree larceny.
  • Emily A. Selitte, 22, of 456 Main St., Southington, was arrested on July 20 for sixth degree larceny. In separate incidents, she was arrested for first degree failure to appear and second degree failure to appear.
