How would you like the opportunity to design the Southington Apple Harvest Festival 47th Anniversary Poster? This is a great opportunity to share your talent with the community as well as a chance to win multiple prizes.

Each participant must design a poster reflecting the 2015 Apple Harvest Festival.  This year’s theme is “Growing Community Pride”

Posters must be printed on 11-inch by 17-inch poster paper and must be formatted vertically. Digital images will not be accepted, poster submissions but be done by hand.

Submissions must include the theme, “Growing Community Pride,” along with the Southington Apple Harvest Festival heading and the dates of the event (October 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11). For printing purposes, posters must be limited to four colors.

Winners will be awarded in three categories: adult, high school, and middle school. Entries must include the artist’s name, the category, and contact information on the back of each poster.

Category winners will receive a $50 gift card or a $150 gift card if the entry is selected as the overall contest winner. The overall winner will also be included in the opening ceremonies for the festival.

Submissions must be mailed or delivered to the Apple Harvest Festival Poster Contest in the Parks & Recreation office in Southington Town Hall by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, June 12.
