Tunxis Community College is currently accepting registrations for online credit and continuing education courses this summer. All courses are accessible 24 hours a day from any location with a computer.
Tunxis credit online education consists of course materials, references, discussion groups, email, and online library services. Over 45 credit courses taught by Tunxis instructors are offered this summer in business, computer information systems, criminal justice, science and the humanities, with titles such as “Art History,” “Principles of Marketing,” “U.S. History,” “Survey of Literary Genres,” and “Criminology.”

The College’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division also offers a growing selection of non-credit continuing education courses online through its affiliation with Ed2Go. While many of the courses offered are designed for personal enrichment, others are designed to improve or enhance workforce skills, offer certification preparation, and train those pursuing new careers. A wide variety of options are available including a paralegal program, computer skills, finance, project management, grant writing, and medical coding.
