A Southington man was arrested and charged with selling marijuana in town. Sean Reardon, 20, of 44 School St., was arrested on Friday, Feb. 28. Earlier this year the Southington Police Narcotics Enforcement Team received information that Reardon was selling marijuana. The Southington Police Department is implementing a parking ban in town. The ban began at 2 p.m. The ban impacts all the streets in Southington and will remain in effect until midnight. From then, the normal winter months overnight parking ban will go into effect.
