Mount Southington hosted it’s annual winter carnival and cardboard box sled race on Saturday, March 2. Participants designed their own sleds in attempt be the fastest to ride down the thunderbolt trail. Sleds were judged in the categories of best overall, fastest, best construction, and best fiasco.
