SVMFL competes for the food pantry

The Buccaneers collected over 200 pounds of food during their game-day food drive.

The Southington Valley Midget Football League’s recent food drive raised hundreds of pounds of non-perishable food for Southington Community Services during a week-long contest on the sidelines of league games. The Redskins won the contest, collecting over 489 pounds of food for the local food bank. The Buccaneers finished second with 207 pounds of food.…
