A hiker discovered a detonated pipe bomb, above, at Crescent Lake. Police were dispatched to Crescent Lake, at 495 Shuttle Meadow Rd., just after 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 28 after a hiker reported a detonated pipe bomb in the woods. The Southington Fire Department and an American Medical Response Ambulance were also dispatched to the area.…
