Police make drug arrest at Bristol court

The Southington Police Department announced the arrest of Bryan Joyce, 29, of Southington at the Bristol Superior Court on Monday, Dec. 7 at approximately 9:35 a.m. Joyce was appearing in court on a separate drug-related arrest.
