Southington kicked off their 45th Annual Apple Harvest Festival on Friday, October 4th.   The town was filled with vendors selling their merchandise as well as a variety of foods.  Families and friends enjoyed rides and games at  the carnival.  Contests were also held for apple pie and fritter eating.  The festival also heard from our Connecticut ICON contestants.  On Sunday, a parade was held.    The festival…
