The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations on their Facebook page from Thursday, Oct. 11 to Monday, Oct. 22:

  • David Boulanger, 65, of 109 Spring Hill Rd., Southington, was charged on Oct. 11 with two counts of first degree sexual assault, fourth degree sexual assault, and three counts of impairing the morals of a child.
  • Johnnie Bird, 56, of 45 Savings St., Waterbury, was charged on Oct. 15 with three counts of second degree forgery.
  • Alec Nadeau, 21, of 233 Francis St., New Britain, was charged on Oct. 18 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper number of headlights, and failure to insure a motor vehicle.
  • Cameron Gamble, 21, of 73 Douglas Rd., Bristol, was charged on Oct. 18 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Tracy Rubin, 27, of 253 Boundline Rd., Wolcott, was charged on Oct. 19 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Jazmyn Cardona, 19, of 124 Cook Ave., Meriden, was charged on Oct. 20 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Priscilla Caballero, 24, of 26 Emily Dr., New Britain, was charged on Oct. 20 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Pedro Gonzalez, 25, of 50 Bassett St., New Britain, was charged on Oct. 20 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana.
  • Douglas Culp, 53, of 130 Washington Dr., Southington, was charged on Oct. 20 with disorderly conduct.
  • Nikole Scozzari, 27, of 74 Kensington Heights, Meriden, was charged on Oct. 21 with failure to respond to an infraction.
  • Ryan Pickney, 26, of 2168 Mt. Vernon Rd., Southington, was charged on Oct. 21 with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of liquor or drug.
  • Angel Mange, 20, of 274 Laning St., Southington, was charged on Oct. 21 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Cory Gioia, 25, of 103 Orange St., New Britain, was charged on Oct. 22 with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana and failure to obey a stop sign.
