Aldo Figueroa, 44, of Southington, turned himself in to Southington police on Tuesday, Aug. 14 on an outstanding warrant for a domestic dispute incident that occurred on July 27, 2018.
According to police, Figueroa became upset with a female and pushed her up against a wall. He then slapped her across the face before leaving the residence. No injuries were reported. The victim’s name was withheld.
Figueroa was charged with second degree breach of peace. he was held pending a $7,500 bond and scheduled to appear in Bristol court on Aug. 14.
