The Southington Police Department announced the following arrests and citations on their Facebook page from Thursday, June 21 to Monday, July 16:

  • Joshua Stachelek, 24, of 62 S. Center St., Southington, was charged on June 21 with interfering with police, first degree unlawful restraint, second degree threatening, second degree assault, fourth degree sexual assault, and disorderly conduct.
  • John Bielawski, 66, of 14 Dewey Pl, Plainville, was charged on July 9 with driving under the influence of liquor or drug, failure to fingerprint, interfering with an officer, breach of peace, failure to display marker plates, failure to carry a license, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, and failure to carry an insurance card.
  • Christopher Main, 37, of 18 Oak St., Thomaston, was charged on July 10 with sixth degree larceny.
  • Kristohper Aldi, 31, of 41 Brooklane Rd., Plantsville, was charged on July 10 with interfering with an officer.
  • Amy E. Florian, 38, of 30 Speechley Ave., Southington, was charged on July 10 with use of a motor vehicle without permission, second degree breach of peace, third degree assault, first degree reckless endangerment, and evading responsibility.
  • Gregory Overton, 44, of 10 Pine Grove Rd., Southington, was charged on July 11 with third degree assault, disorderly conduct, and second degree threatening. In a separate incident, Overton was charged with second degree violation of conditions of release and second degree breach of peace.
  • Kyle Burleigh, 21, of 43 Robindale Dr., Plantsville, was charged on July 12 with having an unlicensed dog, cruelty to animals, failure to vaccinate a dog, and second degree false statement.
  • Linda Burleigh, 45, of 43 Robindale Dr., Plantsville, was charged on July 12 with having an unlicensed dog, cruelty to animals, and failure to vaccinate a dog.
  • Bobbi B. Jakiela, 44, of 42 Manor Rd., Plantsville, was charged on July 12 with driving under the influence of liquor or drug, failure to drive right, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Daron Cochrane, 29, of 36 S. Vine St., Meriden, was charged on July 12 with third degree criminal trespassing, interfering with an officer, first degree forgery, and second degree breach of peace. In a separate incident, Cochrane was charged with failure to respond.
  • Jordyn Marineau, 28, of 139 Church St., Middletown, was charged on July 12 with second degree breach of peace, first degree forgery, and third degree criminal trespassing.
  • Terrance Secore, 60, of 10 Darling St., Southington, was charged on July 13 with second degree threatening, third degree burglary, second degree criminal mischief, third degree assault, violation of a protective order, failure to insure a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, and misuse of marker plates.
  • Michael J. Lasek, 39, of 64 Old Turnpike Rd., Southington, was charged on July 13 with violation of a protective order.
  • Emily Martone, 32, of 45 Plum Orchard Rd, Southington, was charged on July 13 with disorderly conduct.
  • Robert Burns Schmaling Jr., 49, of 253 West St., Plantsville, was charged on July 14 with pointing a laser pointer, second degree breach of peace, and second degree threatening.
  • Lucette Petosa, 41, of 33 Hemingway St., Plainville, was charged on July 15 with disorderly conduct.
  • Corrina Nichols, 20, of 71 Hemlock Dr, Southington, was charged on July 16 with violation of a protective order.
  • Kevin L. Corbeil, 44, of 80 Hanover Ln, Meriden, was charged on July 16 with driving under the influence of liquor or drug, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with officers, and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
