Southington police arrested a local teen for supplying alcohol to minors. On Thursday, April 19, officers arrested Dariusz Zajac, 19, on a warrant that stemmed from an incident in June 2017.
On April 19, 2018 Dariusz Zajac, age 19, of Southington was arrested on an outstanding warrant for the incident. While being processed, police found a fake Connecticut driver’s license in Zajac’s possession. The license had an incorrect birth date, and there was no record of the license in the Connecticut DMV database.
Zajac was charged with permitting a minor to illegally possess liquor, and he was released on a $1,000 bond. For the fake license, he was charged with second degree forgery. He was released on a second $1,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear in Bristol Court to face all charges on April 30, 2018.
