Police arrested James Huntley, 23, of Burlington, for stealing electronics on Dec. 14, 2015 from the Southington Target store at 600 Executive Blvd.
The warrant alleges that Huntley entered the electronics department at approximately 3:13 p.m. and selected three televisions, along with a sound bar, and placed them in a shopping cart. He then walked through the store and out the front doors, passing all points of sale without paying. Huntley got into a white sedan and headed west.
The grand total for the theft was $829.96. The items taken were a 32-inch LG television ($219), a 32-inch Samsung television ($229), a 28-inch Vizio television ($199), and a Vizio sound bar ($179).
On June 9, at approximately 6:15 p.m., Huntley was arrested and charged with fifth degree larceny. He was processed and released on a $10,000 bond and was scheduled to appear at the Bristol Court on June 20.
