Similion Walcott, 24, Hartford, was taken into custody by Southington Police at 3:30p.m. on April 8, 2016 at the East Hartford Police Department.
In July, the Special Investigations Unit received information concerning Walcott selling Heroin within the Town of Southington. Based on this information, two controlled purchases were made from Walcott and two arrest warrants were issued by Bristol Superior Court charging him with sale of heroin.
Walcott was in custody at the EHPD following a motor vehicle stop and was transported to the SPD where he was processed and charged with two counts of selling of narcotics (heroin).
He was held on a $50,000 surety bond, $100,000 total bond amount, and is scheduled to appear in Bristol Superior Court on April 11.
