Angelo Perugini, 28, of New Britain appeared at Bristol Superior Court on an active warrant, and he was processed and charged with three counts of selling narcotics.
The warrants came after the Special Investigations Unit received information that Perugini was selling heroin in Southington in July 2015. Based on this information, three controlled purchases of heroin were completed from him and the three warrants were issued by Bristol Superior Court.
Perugini was held on bonds totaling $250,000 and appeared in court on March 22, 2016. The warrants were sealed at the time of the arrest and no further details will be released.
