The Knights suffered their first conference loss of the season when they were defeated, 96-89, by Hall at the Cornerstone Aquatics Center in West Hartford on Tuesday, Feb. 2. The Knights placed first in four events, including three individual events and one relay.
After three lead changes and a couple tie scores through the first eight events of the meet, the Warriors took a one-point lead, 63-62, heading into the 200 freestyle relay. The Knights battled, but three first-place finishes, two third-place finishes, and one second-place finish in the final four events secured the win for the Warriors.
Zack Blake was a double winner in the 200 freestyle (1:55.00) and 100 freestyle (52.01).
Chase Galayda recorded his second highest score on the year with a first-place finish in diving (206.45).
