The boy’s soccer team improved to 3-0-1 on the season with a 1-0 victory on the road at Simsbury (3-2) on Friday, Sept. 25.

Through four games this season, Southington has yet to surrender a goal.

Hayden Burbank scored the game’s only goal midway through the first half. Southington took 10 shots on goal. Evan Daddona stayed perfect on the year, saving all 10 of Simsbury shots on goal.

The Knights are currently in second in the Blue Division of the Central Region, behind Glastonbury (4-0), and will look to build off of their successful start this week with games against Weaver (0-6) and Hall (4-1).
