The Older Members of the Boys & Girls Club of Bristol Family Center are at it again. The 74th Annual OM Show, “Sentimental Journey,” is coming soon.
This year’s theme will pay tribute to the 1940s Big Band era with an underlying subtheme of a 40’s USO/Military Tribute – lots of tight, great harmonies … familiar melodies…and gorgeous lyrics.
The OM Show is one of the longest, continuously running annual variety shows in the country and it is considered by many to be one of the annual signature events in Bristol. The OMs are an alumni group who, for 92 years, have worked and raised funds in support of the programs offered to the youth at the club. The cast members are drawn from the city as well as from numerous surrounding towns.
The show will be held at St. Paul Catholic High School, 1001 Stafford Ave. in Bristol. Performances will be held on Friday, April 17 and Saturday, April 18.
For ticket information, you can contact the Boys and Girls Club of Bristol Family Center at (860) 583-4734 or buy tickets online at www.oldermembers.com.
Tickets for the evening performances are $ 20.
Saturday’s matinees tickets are $ 15 for adults and $10 for children under 12 year of age.
