COOKING CLASS: ITALIAN EASTER FAVORITES. 6:30 p.m. Learn how to make well-known favorites eaten in Italy during Buona Pasqua. Pizza Gain, Pizza Chiena, or Pizza Rustica. This celebrated Easter delicacy combines Italian meats and cheeses baked in a savory crust. You also will make pasta frollo, or “short pastry,” which is Italy’s basic pastry dough. To end, make an Easter dessert made with pastry dough. Dinner menu is: Pizza Gain, lemon ricotta gnocchi with fava beans, peas, and artichokes, sweet ricotta pie.
