FALL BIG BREAKFAST BUFFET. Held by the Unico Club of Southington to benefit Unico Charities. 7:30 to 11 a.m. Eggs, pancakes, French toast, ham, bacon, sausage, corned beef hash, hash browns, toast, bagels, muffins, coffee, tea, milk, and orange juice. Southington Calendar House, Pleasant Street, Southington. $7 for adults, children under 12 and seniors $5. Children under 3 are free. THE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS FOR UNITED WAY 4TH ANNUAL WINE GALA. 5:30 p.m., doors open. Tastings until 8:30 p.m. Proceeds will benefit the United Way of West Central Connecticut. Sample over 70 wines, try many delicious hor’s d’oeuvres. Raffles. Maple End Package Store n Bristol will provide the wine and will take orders for the holiday season.
