Southington Police Blotter for the week of Sept. 26

The Southington Police Department has reported the following arrests.

Benjamin Dutkiewicz, 26, of 37 Upson St., Bristol, was charged on Sept. 9 with disorderly conduct, third degree assault, third degree strangulation and second degree threatening. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Sept. 10 court date.

Kelly Marie Thornton, 33, transient, was charged on Sept. 9 with second degree breach of peace and third degree strangulation. Bond was set at $30,000 with a Sept. 10 court date.

Marion Bennett, 37, of 175 Berlin Ave., was charged on Sept. 9 with third degree assault, third degree strangulation, interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $25,000 with a Sept. 10 court date.

Dominick Sanchez, 43, of 66 Whiting St., Plainville, was charged on Sept. 11 with a probation violation. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Sept. 23 court date.

Anthony Angelone, 27, of 215 Old Turnpike Rd., was charged on Sept. 12 with second degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer. Bond was set at $2,500 with a Sept. 12 court date.

Tracy L. Dagata, 45, of 77 Germania St., was charged on Sept. 12 with second degree threatening and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 with a Sept. 15 court date.

Ashley E. Swiatowiec, 23, of 86 Darilng St., was charged on Sept. 13 with DUI, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive in the proper lane and operating a motor vehicle under suspension. Bond was set at $500 with a Sept. 22 court date.

Marissa Powell, 24, of 1000 South Main St., was charged on Sept. 15 with sixth degree larceny, second degree failure to appear and second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $2,000 with a Sept. 29 court date.

Roberto R. Cugliari, 48, of 88 Beal Dr., was charged on Sept. 15 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $500 with a Sept. 22 court date.

Ashley Lavoie, 22, of 85 Deerfield Rd., Bristol, was charged on Sept. 15 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $500 with a Sept. 22 court date.

Christopher M. Silva, 29, of 22 Barbara Dr., Wolcott, was charged on Sept. 16 with sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $2,500 with a Sept. 29 court date.

Patricia Corteau, 59, of 41 Currier Way, Cheshire, was charged on Sept. 16 with second degree larceny. Bond was set at $20,000 with a Sept. 29 court date.

Liliana E. Ranieri, 57, of 255 Lawor St., New Britain, was charged on Sept. 16 with second degree failure to appear. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Sept. 17 court date.

Carmen Rainey, 19, of 139 Farmstead Rd., was charged on Sept. 17 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $500 with a Sept. 17 court date.

Brian Rainey Jr., 19, of 139 Farmstead Rd., was charged on Sept. 17 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $500 with a Sept. 17 court date.
