A local man was charged with selling narcotics in town, for the second time in less than four months.
, 34, of Southington was arrested by police on Wednesday, April 2 for selling prescription narcotics while he was out on bail. Henderson was arrested and charged with four counts of sale of narcotics in January. He was released on a $700,000 bond.
Southington’s Narcotics Enforcement Team was tipped off that Henderson was selling Oxycodone while out on bail. Henderson was once again arrested for selling narcotics following a several month long investigation.
He was taken into custody at his home without incident.
Henderson was charged with three counts of sale of narcotics. He was held on a $150,000 with an April 3 court date.
