Police have charged a Southington man with burglary and larceny charges after he allegedly stole a credit card and used it without permission.
Southington police issued an arrest warrant for David Kirychuk, 27, with a last known address if 19 Whitlock Avenue. Kirychuk was charged with third degree burglary, fourth degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card and fourth degree larceny.
Kirychuk is currently incarcerated for an unrelated offense. He was held on a $25,000 bond.
According to the arrest warrant, Kirychuk allegedly burglarized a Southington residence on March 9, in which jewelry related items were stolen and were later found to have been pawned by Kirychuk.
According to a second arrest warrant, Kirychuk allegedly took the victim’s credit card with out permission and charged approximately $1,518.62 worth of merchandise 11 times over the course of six days.
