The Southington Police Department has reported the following arrests.
Jordan T. Owen, 23, of 2030 Mount Vernon Road, was charged on Dec. 11 with sale of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $75,000 with a Dec. 12 court date.
Jason Dionne, 20, of 288 Wolcott Street, Bristol, was charged on Dec. 11 with reckless driving and improper turns. Bond was set at $500 with a Jan. 2 court date.
Erik R. Kastner, 33, of 4 Cianci Avenue, Plainville, was charged on Dec. 12 with evading responsibility. Bond was set at $1,000 with a Jan. 2 court date.
Mark D. Newton, 54, of 667 Arch Street, New Britain, was charged on Dec. 12 with possession of narcotics within 1500’’ of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, sale of illegal drugs and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $7,500 with a Dec. 13 court date.
Jonathan C. Young, 54, of 246 Spring Lake Road, was charged on Dec. 12 with second degree assault. Bond was set at $5,000 with a Dec. 13 court date.
Fabian Mora, 26, of 38 Darling Street, was charged on Dec. 13 with threatening and breach of peace. Bond was set at $500 with a Dec. 14 court date.
David Forgione Sr., 54, of 676 Mulberry Street, was charged on Dec. 14 with criminal violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $75,000 with a Dec. 17 court date.
Roland Scott Nadeau, 53, of 1588 West Street, was charged on Dec. 15 with interfering with an officer, breach of peace and reckless use of a highway by a pedestrian. Bond was set at $500 with a Jan. 2 court date.
Kelly J. Donahue, 42, of 81 Lowery Drive, was charged on Dec. 16 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 with a Dec. 17 court date.
Andrew F. Pugsley, 47, of 460 Emmett Street, Bristol, was charged on Dec. 16 with DUI, failure to obey a traffic signal and unsafe backing. Bond was set at $500 with a Jan. 2 court date.
JP Turner Jr., 18, of 42 Lowery Drive, was charged on Dec. 14 with second degree breach of peace and third degree criminal mischief. Bond was set at $1,000 with a Jan. 2 court date.
