Southington Police blotter for the week of Nov. 30

The Southington Police Department has reported the following arrests.

Gabriel M. Criscuolo, 62, of 6 Catalina Drive, Ansonia, was charged on Nov. 15 with reckless use of a highway, interfering with an officer and possession of less than an oz. of marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500 with a Nov. 16 court date.

Louis A. Nazario, 23, of 82 Wolcott Street, Bristol, was charged on Nov. 16 with disorderly conduct, second degree unlawful restraint and fourth degree sexual assault. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Nov. 16 court date.

Christopher C. Davis, 43, of 253 West Street, was charged on Nov. 19 with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,000 with a Nov. 20 court date.

Tyler J. Spotts, 29, of 5 Hamlin Street, was charged on Nov. 19 with second degree criminal trespass, third degree burglary and sixth degree larceny. Bond was set at $1,000 with a Nov. 26 court date.

Scott Desmond, 32, of 405 Walnut Street, Stoughton MA, was charged on Nov. 15 with DUI. Bond was set at $500 with a Nov. 26 court date.

Ryan T. Aldieri, 29, of 24 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, was charged on Nov. 20 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $1,000 with a Dec. 3 court date.

Kevin James Marquis, 47, of 297 North Main Street, was charged on Nov. 20 with second degree breach of peace. Bond was set at $2,500 with a Dec. 3 court date.

Macin Szwedo, 24, of 63 Terrace Lane, Meriden, was charged on Nov. 20 with violation of discharged conditions. Bond was set at $10,000 with a Nov. 20 court date.
